Each class in the program starts with warm ups, then moves towards more active postures done with breath co-ordination and ends with relaxation to cool you down. The postures in this program are designed to be accessible to all. Each class in this program is thoughtfully planned with sequences to focus on full body+mind+breath and/or also targeting specific areas/muscles. It also ensures you feel stronger towards the end of each practice session and at the same time feel refreshed and relaxed.

In this program there are a total 22 classes split into two modules that will allow you to build a regular, consistent and disciplined practice allowing you to practice for 5/6 days a week in the month. Each class includes both dynamic movements as well as postures held for a certain duration of time to open your body deeper. Each class starts with warm ups, then moves towards more active postures done with breath co-ordination and ends with relaxation to cool you down. It includes movements that Ramya personally uses on regular basis to maintain her strength, stability, mobility, stamina and flexibility while also working on inner biological systems, breath and mind. Through this program Ramya wants to encourage, motivate and guide practitioners to explore their yoga practice at their own pace, use it to connect with their body, mind, & breath and experience a holistic wellbeing through yoga.

Wear comfortable clothing that do not restrict your movements. Have a yoga mat, a towel and a water bottle from which you can sip water if needed.
It is a good idea to be hydrated before you start your practice and drink plenty of water after your yoga practice. In most yoga traditions drinking water during practice is not recommended, sip water if needed. Make sure there is at least three hours gap after your last meal and before you practice(if you are hungry you can eat a small piece fruit around 30mins before the start of your practice).
