Daily Yoga Routine
This is for anyone looking to build a healthy yoga routine. These are live online sessions conducted Monday to Friday, at 6:30 AM to 7:45 AM IST. The classes are planned for holistic wellness of the mind and body.
The sessions are a blend of different Yoga styles
Hatha Yoga
Ashtanga Yoga
Yin Yoga
Restorative Yoga
Along with Meditation and Pranayama practices.
Recorded Course
If you would like to practice Yoga at your own pace and whenever you are free, the recorded courses are for you.
As of now we have 2 modules and 11 sessions in each modules. These are “Practice along” sessions, with step by step instructions.

Prenatal Yoga
This is for Pregnant women who are in their second trimester, it is a 5 week program, with 2 classes per week.
This is one of our flagship program, the program is not only about Yogasanas but a holistic support program for pregnant women in preparation for a healthy childbirth.
Post Natal
After delivering a baby, a new mother needs post natal care. This is to recover to her normal state, after the pregnancy journey.
Many participants of this course, found it incredibly useful, not only the physical recovery but emotional and mental too. This is not limited just to “New” mothers, but to any mother for their general health.
