Yash Farm Centre for Sustainable Living, set on a 6-acre village land in the outskirt’s of Karnataka, features eco-friendly structures made from natural materials and offers a tranquil, sustainable retreat blending nature, holistic wellness, and modern amenities.

Rustic dormitories designed with a charming, natural aesthetic, thoughtfully equipped with clean, well-maintained, and hygienic amenities to ensure a comfortable and wholesome stay.

  • MUD BATH: A mud bath activity detoxifies and nourishes the skin, offering a rejuvenating, grounding experience.

Explore farming, landscaping, and the goshala, while also enjoying ample solitude time immersing yourself in the vastness of mother nature.

ASANA & PRANAYAMA

  • HATHA YOGA: Hatha Yoga brings balance to your body and mind through poses, breathing, and relaxation.
  • ELEMENTS FLOW: Elements Flow Vinyasa blends movement and breath, inspired by nature’s elements, for a dynamic and grounding practice.
  • PRANAYAMA & MEDITATION: Pranayama and Meditation calm the mind and energize the body through mindful breathing and stillness.

KRIYAS

  • JAL NETI: Jal Neti Kriya cleanses the nasal passages, promoting clear breathing and overall wellness.
  • TRATAKA: Trataka enhances focus and inner clarity through steady gazing at a single point or flame.
  • YOGA NIDRA: Yoga Nidra guides you into deep relaxation, restoring mind, body, and soul.

AWARENESS PRACTICE

  • FACE & NECK MASSAGE: Relax and rejuvenate with a self-soothing face and neck massage, easing tension and boosting calm.
  • FREE FLOW MOVEMENT: Give your body an opportunity to flow in its rhythm and express itself freely.

ASANA & PRANAYAMA

  • OPENING CIRCLE: Foster connection, clarity, and collective growth to set intentions for your journey.

Ramya Ramamurthy

Ramya Ramamurthy is the founder of ‘YOGASTA’, an abode for yoga and holistic wellness, created with an intent to make yoga accessible to as many people as possible.

With close to a decade experience, she teaches yoga classes, workshops, online programs and leads yoga retreats and has taught to more than 10,000 people. Her mission is to share and inspire people with her learning, knowledge and practice enabling them to transform themselves and live a healthy & happy life.

Gowri Manjusagar

Gowri Manjusagar is the founder and owner of ‘MUDRA Yoga Studio’ in Bangalore.

With over six years of experience, and with a worldwide student base, Gowri has been transforming lives through her teachings. She teaches both online and offline classes and hosts workshops at her studio, ensuring that every student benefits from a comprehensive, mindful practice that promotes health, balance, and inner peace. Her approach integrates holistic wellness to enhance the overall yoga experience.
